A dynamic CRICOS-registered education provider is seeking experienced professionals to join our growing team across Sydney and Darwin. We are recruiting for leadership, student services, business development, and training roles supporting ELICOS and VET programs delivered to international students.

Opportunities Available

Business Development Manager – VET & ELICOS

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve international student enrolment targets
Manage education agent networks, B2B partnerships and pathway agreements
Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking and growth planning
Lead marketing campaigns and ensure promotional activities meet compliance
Monitor conversion performance and enrolment trends against revenue targets
Supervise admissions and marketing staff to support sustainable growth
Student Support & Well-being Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate student welfare and support services across the student lifecycle
Lead student services teams and ensure consistent, high-quality support delivery
Identify student needs through attendance data, feedback and intervention processes
Deliver orientation, employability programs, cultural activities and campus events
Liaise with external support providers and industry partners
Ensure services align with ESOS, National Code and ELICOS/RTO standards
Trainer & Assessor – Community Services & Ageing Support (Darwin)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and assess Community Services and Ageing Support qualifications
Monitor attendance, course progress and provide structured academic support
Provide timely assessment feedback and guidance to students
Contribute to validation, resource review and continuous improvement processes
Maintain industry currency and compliance with RTO and ESOS requirements
Support student employability outcomes and industry engagement
Academic Manager / Director of Studies (ELICOS) – Sydney

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic leadership for ELICOS programs in line with ELICOS Standards, ESOS Act and National Code
Oversee curriculum design, placement testing, assessment systems and learning resources
Supervise and support teaching staff, including scheduling, performance and professional development
Monitor student progress, attendance and intervention strategies to support outcomes
Contribute to audits, re-registration, quality assurance activities and new program development
Teach classes as required to maintain academic oversight and quality
About You

Successful candidates will demonstrate relevant qualifications, industry experience, strong compliance awareness (ESOS, National Code, ELICOS Standards / RTO Standards), and a commitment to student success and quality education delivery.

Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application for all positions.

Candidates for Community Services and Ageing Support trainer roles must hold current industry skills, knowledge and vocational qualifications directly relevant to Diploma of Community Services and Certificate IV in Ageing Support.

Successful candidates are expected to commence within 2 weeks of appointment.
