Responsibilities
This position will give you the opportunity to gain knowledge in the various security solutions we provide to our clients, while learning multiple vacates of the business
In this role you will provide operational support to our cliental
Flex Officers will gain a broad, specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential
Provide security for short-term special security assignments
Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc
Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers
Weekend and holiday availability needed
Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests

Location: Portland, OR
Rate: $20.00-$22.00/hour
Available Schedules:
• Fri-Tues 1500-2300 OR 2300-0700
• Wed-Sun 0700-1500 OR 1500-2300
• Mon-Sun 0700-1500, 1500-2300, 2300-0700

This position will give you the opportunity to gain knowledge in the various security solutions we provide to our clients, while learning multiple vacates of the business. • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
• Customer service background preferred
• High level officer with previous security experience preferred
• Must have strong customer service skills and computer skills
• Must be able to stand/do patrols for part of each shift
