KPI Group is seeking experienced, multi-skilled construction and civil labourers for upcoming and ongoing projects across the Gold Coast.
We are looking for motivated, reliable, and safety-focused candidates who can work independently, follow site instructions, and consistently deliver quality outcomes as part of professional site teams.

All-round Multi-Skilled Labourers
Experienced Machine Operators (GPS knowledge & current VOC highly regarded)
Dogman
Skilled & General Labourers
Riggers
Formwork Carpenters
Carpenters
EWP Operators
Manitou Operators
Traffic Control
Forklift Operators
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in construction or civil environments
White Card (essential)
Relevant current tickets with demonstrated industry experience
Current VOC for plant and machinery (highly advantageous)
Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans
Strong attention to detail and quality control
QLD Driver’s Licence and reliable transport (essential)
Australian work rights
Availability Monday to Sunday for ongoing work
Ability to work autonomously and within teams
Strong safety focus and communication skills
Proactive, reliable, and task-driven work ethic
