• Requirement for multi-skilled tradesmen to start work for a public sector organisation carrying out maintenance on social housing
• You will be responsible for gas plumbing, general repairs, kitchen fitting & bathroom fitting on void properties.
• Long-term contract with the potential to become permanent
• Previous experience carrying out similar works required.
• Gas plumbing bias, so you must have relevant qualifications (NVQs/City & Guilds)
• As well as your core trade, you must be competent at completing other basic repairs/maintenance.
• 37 hour working week Monday - Friday,
• On tools and transport preferred (Van can be provided)
