Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role located in Mumbai for Career Counselor- Online MBA. ( sales profile ) The Online MBA Career Counselor will be responsible for prospecting and guiding prospective MBA candidates through the decision-making process of attending an online MBA program. The candidate will advise individuals on the application procedures, program offerings, and potential career outcomes. They will manage the admission procedures on behalf of the individuals, and work closely with our partnering universities to provide customized solutions.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Counseling, Education, Psychology, Business Management, or any other relevant field
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Experience in education counseling or any related field with an understanding of different course structures, including online courses
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with candidates and the university representatives
• A deep understanding of the online education industry and how it works
• A team player who has the ability to work autonomously while being collaborative with the team and university representatives
