Our Customer is a Leading bank in India that provides a front-to-back integrated platform for straight-through processing and risk management.
This is a multi-year initiative where different projects run in concurrence under the program's variety of milestones. These streams include new product initiatives, new entity roll-outs, and regulatory compliances.
Responsibilities
P&L and Greeks queries & support
Trade Entry/Valuation/Validation - Issues & Best Practices
Simulation and Simulation Viewer
Pricing / E-tradepad
Market Operations
Creation and understanding of GOM setup and portfolio tree template
Knowledge of financial products such as forex, derivatives, fixed income, and money market products
Instrument configuration support
Market data for pricing
Review & Implement business changes
Skills
Must have
Overall 4+ years of Experience and at least 3 + years of Murex FO configuration experience.
Prior experience in FO module, E-tradepad manual insertions, Market Operations execution, and trade lifecycle understanding,
Working product knowledge in at least two asset classes (FXC, FXD, IRD, FI, EQD, COM),
Prior experience in FO reconciliation exercises (PL, Cash, Sensitivity), Simulation views, and Understanding of static data used by FO (Generators, Calendars, Curves)
Ability to independently write pre-trade rules and perform FO configurations
Should be able to configure Rate curves and rate curve assignments
Should have a good understanding of the GOM setup and overall Murex architecture.
Background in the following business areas:
o Treasury Product knowledge - From Front-to-Back Office.
o Understanding of front-to-back process flows
Strong team player with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong problem solver who can question and understand proposed solutions and business drivers.
Nice to have
Murex BO experience, SQL, Unix skills
