We’re looking for an energetic and organized Studio Manager to lead daily operations at our recording studio.

What You’ll Do:
Manage day-to-day studio operations and schedules
Coordinate recording sessions and artist bookings
Oversee equipment, engineers, and technical setups
Handle client communication and ensure great artist experiences
Manage billing, budgets, and vendor coordination
Promote the studio and help grow our creative community
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong organizational and people skills
✅ Understanding of recording equipment and software
✅ Experience in studio, event, or music management preferred
✅ Passion for music and creativity
Company Description
Hilltop Studios is located in Borivali West, Mumbai, offering a wide range of audio pre and post-production services, including Recording, Production, Mixing, and Mastering. The studio is equipped with high-end industry-quality gear and operated by a professional and experienced team of engineers. Additionally, we provide a jam room with a top-tier drum kit and various types of amplifiers.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Borivali for a Music Recording Studio Manager. The Music Recording Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day studio operations, managing client relationships, coordinating recording sessions, supervising the engineering team, and ensuring the studio's equipment is well-maintained. They will also handle business aspects such as budgeting, scheduling, and sales to enhance studio profitability and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Strong Team Leadership and Project Management abilities
Sales skills with a focus on generating new business and managing client accounts
Experience in a studio environment or in a related industry preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Music Production, Business, or a related field preferred
3-5 Years Experience in related field
