Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Music Trainer / Intern to join our team. The Music Trainer will be responsible for teaching music theory and practical skills to students of all ages and levels. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a music teacher or equivalent experience in the music industry, a deep understanding of various musical styles, and the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their musical goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver music lessons that cater to the needs and abilities of individual students.
2. Teach music theory and practical skills including, but not limited to, sight-reading, ear-training, and technique.
3. Develop and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that inspires students to learn and grow.
4. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
5. Plan and organize concerts, recitals, and other musical events to showcase student talent.
6. Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
7. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in music education and incorporate them into the curriculum.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the music industry.
2. A degree in music education or a related field is preferred.
3. A certification from Berklee School of Music or Trinity College is preferred.
4. An in-depth understanding of the keyboard and music theory.
5. Deep knowledge of various musical styles and the ability to teach them effectively.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. A passion for music education and a desire to help students achieve their musical goals.
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate student schedules.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
