G D Goenka International School, Rohtak, is seeking a talented and passionate Music Teacher with expertise in vocal music and rhythm instruments such as drums, dholak, and tabla. The ideal candidate will inspire students, fostering their musical abilities and appreciation for music through engaging and dynamic teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective music lessons focused on both vocal music and rhythm instruments to students of various age groups.
• Develop and implement curriculum and instructional materials that meet the educational standards and objectives of the institution.
• Conduct individual and group music lessons, ensuring each student receives appropriate attention and guidance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Music or minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
• Proven experience teaching music, with a focus on vocal music and rhythm instruments (such as drums, dholak, tabla).
• Strong knowledge of music theory, vocal techniques, and rhythm instruments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use educational technology and online resources to enhance learning.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
