FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Established in 1987, hey dee ho has been providing educational programs and entertainment to children and their parents across Australia and are looking for passionate people to join our team in Perth.

A hey dee ho music presenter needs to be a confident, energetic singer and performer with a professional attitude and dedicated passion to making a difference in the lives of our most precious resource - children. If you have always secretly imagined yourself as a presenter on playschool then this is the job you have been looking for.

- Shifts are between 1-3 hours in the morning and afternoon and we aim to schedule sessions close home to maximise your earning potential.

- As we are a mobile service a driver's licence and car is ESSENTIAL. You will also need regular internet access and a current Working with Children Check.

- You are employed on a casual basis and we provide insurance, work cover and superannuation for all our teachers.

This position is suited to children's party entertainers, singers, creative early childhood educators as well as professional musicians and music teachers who wish to supplement their current income. Our team is made up of actors, musicians, early childhood educators and parents and we are very accustomed to accommodating rosters around creative projects and family commitments.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

You must be a strong, confident singer/performer

You do not need to be able to play an instrument as all backing tracks and equipment is supplied.

All training is provided both in person and online

Previous experience working with children is an advantage but not a requirement.
