Profile Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in music theory, performance, and pedagogy, with the ability to inspire students to appreciate and engage in music. This role involves teaching the keyboard, vocal techniques, and music theory, while also encouraging creativity and expression through music. The Music Teacher will be responsible for developing students' musical skills, preparing them for performances, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a comprehensive music curriculum that covers music theory and practical skills, tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
• Teach students how to play keyboard, understand music theory, and develop vocal techniques. Offer group lessons adapting teaching methods to meet students' needs.
• Organize, direct, and prepare students for concerts, recitals, and other performances. Encourage student participation in competitions and events.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment. Ensure that all students are engaged and progressing at their own pace.
• Evaluate students' progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback. Maintain records of students’ performance and development.
