Job Description
Urgent requirement with a leading Private Sector Bank for experienced professionals in the area of equity research - Mutual Funds.
• Should be well versed with the Mutual Fund industry and have indepth knowledge primarily of Mutual Funds and equity markets. Knowledge of Fixed income funds would be added advantage
• Should have eye for detail and focus on accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
• Should have understanding of Macro economics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Should have experience in Mutual Fund analysis and MF software like ICRA MFI, Ace MF, Bloomberg
• Full ownership of the Equity MF Research
• Analysis of the various Equity MF schemes and coming out with recommendations.
• Making One pager reports on the recommended funds.
• Tracking the Equity markets and making reports on key events.
• Making reports and presentations for the Research Desk to be disseminated to the customers.
• Supporting the sales team on client calls with the research views on markets and funds.
• Training the RMs
• Analysing the client MF portfolios and giving recommendations to the RMs
• Engaging with the Fund/Insurance houses and the fund managers on an on-going basis
Post Graduate, preferably with CFA/CA/engineering qualification and with relevant Mutual Fund research experience of 6-8 years
