We’re seeking a talented Administrator to support our expanding client base and contribute to our office’s rapid growth. As a valued member of our team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of transactions, helping us to continue delivering outstanding results for our clients. You must have at least 2-3 years experience working in a Financial Services Company that deals with Mutual Funds, Insurance or Financial Planning. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Opening and managing new investment accounts, including RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs, and others
Preparing and processing various transactions such as deposits, redemptions, and transfers
Creating and submitting compliance documentation, including Know Your Client (KYC), Know Your Product (KYP), and required disclosures
Communicating with clients to address inquiries, fulfill requests, and assist with accessing financial information
Researching and obtaining information from fund companies, ensuring timely follow-up on transactions and client updates or changes
Supporting fellow administrators in the daily operations of the office
Maintaining and updating the CRM database with accurate and relevant client information
Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to complete tasks and activities in a timely and efficient manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in both numerical and textual information
Canadian Securities Certificates and/or relevant licensing would be considered an asset
Computer software knowledge, specifically Microsoft 360
