You’ll begin your journey with comprehensive, fully paid training, guided by experienced travel professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Upon successful completion, you’ll transition into a Travel Consultant role, with long-term career pathways and growth opportunities within Ignite’s My Holidays team.

Do you consistently exceed sales targets, bring proven sales experience, and deliver outstanding customer service? Are you driven by KPIs, attentive to detail, and committed to excellence? Most importantly, are you excited to build a career in the dynamic world of travel?
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Selling and booking compelling holiday packages tailored to customer needs
Converting warm leads into loyal, satisfied customers
Achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Who you are:
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-facing role preferred, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
Confident communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage positively with customers
Basic technical proficiency, including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), and the ability to quickly learn new systems and software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to develop a career in travel and sales
