As a part of role, your responsibility includes:

We also offer you the responsibility to take ownership of caller queries, provide active support to employees, managers, and HR departments in personnel administration processes across the world
The role includes performing transactions in accordance with the procedures and regulations for the country, with the highest standards of time and quality under the contract with the customer
Providing answers, solutions, and recommendations for inquires related to HR processes/procedures by utilizing solutions provided by HR SMEs form part of your primary duties
This role also requires you to build, update and maintain all HR related data via HR System on time
The role also provides you with an ongoing opportunity to assist in identifying areas to improve communications, efficiency of operations and implementing changes.

Human Resource Service Centre - Function and Department Overview

First point of contact for HR inquiries of employees in US, UK, and APAC regions
To deliver best in class services to our clients
Understand client requests and communicate the accurate answer in appropriate way and on time
Handling complex activities which require thorough and in-depth knowledge of the clauses on hours of work, compensation accuracy, leave obligations and required leave guidelines set forth by the Federal Reserve Board, high level testing and uploading of eLearning modules, onboarding governance checks, global Block Leave management, setup of International Assignments, HRBP support on My Performance data etc.

MBA in any Field and other equivalent qualification
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
