Position Description:
Level 3 |6- + YRS
MySQL DBA
• Minimum 6 years of experience in MySQL Community and Enterprise Database
• Familiarity with other SQL/NoSQL databases such as Maria DB, Percona, MongoDB, etc.
• Must have Work experience in cloud platform - Azure / AWS / GCP
• Strong Knowledge in MySQL InnoDB cluster setup
• Knowledge in opensource cluster like Galera cluster
• Strong Experience in Migration / Upgradation projects
• Knowledge in shell scripts to automate the DBA tasks
• Knowledge in open source tools like - Percona extrabackup,
• Optimizing MySQL Server performance by re-writing optimized Queries & DB performance tuning
• Should possess work experience in handling change management, Problem management
• Responsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L-2 team
• Good analytical, problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan resource requirements from high level specifications
• Flexible to work on 24/7 rotational shifts
