Job Description As a Quality Assurance (QA) professional at MyOperator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. You will work closely with our development and product teams to identify issues, perform testing, and implement solutions to deliver a seamless user experience for our clients. Responsibilities • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly evaluate product functionality and performance. • Perform manual and automated testing of web applications, mobile applications, and backend systems. • Identify, document, and track software defects and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution. • Conduct regression testing to verify that software changes have not adversely affected existing functionality. • Participate in the design and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards. • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving product usability, reliability, and performance. Requirements : • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Proficiency in manual testing techniques and experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar. • Solid understanding of web technologies, databases, and software development processes. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Relevant certifications in quality assurance or software testing are a plus.
