• Core MySQL and MySQL Enterprise monitoring.
• Installation and configuration and upgradation of MySQL database.
• User access management for MySQL.
• Hands-on experience on Linux OS and familiar with basic Linux commands and shell scripts.
• Data migration, backup, restore recovery, Resolving performance issues, blocking and
deadlocks.
• Implement and Monitor MySQL Cluster to provide High Availability for mission critical events,
database mirroring, replication and log shipping.
• Implement and maintain security and integrity controls including backup and disaster recovery
strategies for MySQL databases.
• Design and create database objects such as data table structures, stored procedures, views,
Triggers, reports, Database Administration, Configuration, Maintenance and Support.
• Experience in DR Drill activities like switchover and failover.
• Knowledge of ETL tools like Pentaho Data Integration, Tableau etc
• Extensive work experience on query optimization, script optimization, other related optimization
tools and techniques including Performance monitoring.
• Develop, implement, and maintain change control of databases. Ensure all database systems
meet business and performance requirements, including patch management.
