N+04 - C Developer

About the Role: A well-established company is seeking skilled C/C++ Developers to develop advanced dialog agents for applications in education, entertainment, and general question-answering. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies in a fast-paced environment and contribute to projects that bring collaborative computer dialogues to life. Key Responsibilities: Review and ensure AI-generated code adheres to quality standards and best practices. Manage the development cycle, set priorities, and meet project deadlines. Utilize expertise in C/C++ to address complex coding challenges during AI validation. Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. Validate AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. Enhance AI system capabilities and integrate them with other components. Provide constructive feedback on team members’ code to maintain high-quality standards. Proactively contribute to improving public GitHub repositories with large codebases (50K+ lines of code). Train LLM models with scalable and high-quality back-end components using modern coding practices. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of software engineering experience, with strong C++ expertise. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Familiarity with AI systems and code-creation technologies is preferred. Experience with GitHub for managing and improving codebases. Outstanding problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandatory Skills: C++ (3+ years), Leadership skills, AI Systems. Additional Info: Experience: 3+ years mandatory. Opportunity: Full-time, 8 hours/day (4 hours overlap with PST required).
