Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Analysis & monitoring of overall quality. Compiling, analysis, RCA, CAPA & sharing the data of labs & departments on periodic basis for improvement. Develop/upgrade/ automate systems for real-time quality monitoring.

2. Analysis & monitoring of quality control & proficiency testing performance of reference Labs & satellite Labs. Prepare & share MIS to all the stakeholders and work in close coordination for improvement of QC (Quality Control) & PT (Proficiency testing) performance. Periodic review of analytic processes & take actions for improvement

3. Review of existing operating workflows, Designing & implementation of workflow as per change in instrumentation / technology / Software

4. Development, Implementation, accreditation of LPL proficiency testing programs

5. Implementation & monitoring of Quality Management System at Reference Labs & satellite Labs in accordance with ISO, NABL & CAP Standards as applicable. Accreditation of Labs. New Accreditations as applicable. Create, review and issue documents for all labs Quality Manual, Safety Manual.

1. Accrediting the Lab for NABL in EMI/EMC

2. Accrediting the Lab for NABL in Compliance and Environmental certification Lab

• *Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

• *Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):

- Ability to handle the NABL accreditation process

- Experience in ISO/IEC 17025 ( Document, Implement, NABL Audit )

- Diploma (preferred)

• *Experience**:

- Worked in NABL accredited labs: 1 year (preferred)

- NABL ACCREDITATION PROCESS: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- NABL QC Trained Certificate (preferred)
