The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and other nail enhancements
Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization for all tools and workstations
Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and products
Upsell retail products to clients to enhance their experience and meet sales goals
Offer body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort and safety
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience for clients
Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences
Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with health regulations
Qualifications
Valid state cosmetology or nail technician license required
Proven experience in nail care, including gel, acrylics, and natural nails preferred
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment
Retail sales experience or aptitude for upselling products is desirable
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
