Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Nail Technician who specializes in manicures and pedicures to join our growing salon team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in nail care, hygiene, and customer service, and must be up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform manicures and pedicures, including trimming, filing, buffing, and polishing nails
Provide hand and foot massages during treatments
Apply nail art, gel, acrylic, or other enhancements as requested
Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tools, workstations, and client areas
Recommend nail care products and advise on aftercare
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and build client retention
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques
Follow all safety, hygiene, and sterilization standards
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in nail services
Certification in nail technology or cosmetology (preferred)
Skilled in various nail treatments, nail art, and hygiene practices
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and passion for nail care
Friendly, professional, and customer-service focused
Knowledge of current nail trends is a plus
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month + incentives
