Responsibilities
Client consultation: Discuss clients' preferences for nail length, shape, color, and nail art
Nail care: Trim, shape, and buff nails, and push back cuticles
Nail design: Apply nail polish, gel, or acrylic, and create nail art designs
Nail health: Assess clients' nail health and recommend treatments
Hygiene: Sterilize tools and equipment, and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
Customer service: Provide excellent customer service and address concerns
Upselling: Recommend products and services, such as nail oils, cuticle oils, and polishes
Inventory management: Manage inventory of nail polish colors and tools
Education: Teach clients about healthy nail care practices
Rebooking: Rebook clients for infills or maintenance
