Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in retail sales or beauty services such as nail care and body waxing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and assist them with inquiries, ensuring a positive first impression.
Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.
Provide information about services offered, including nail care and body waxing.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the reception area.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Address client concerns promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Familiarity with nail care, body waxing, or related beauty services is advantageous.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients positively.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to sanitation standards.
