Job Summary

Responsibilities
Provide professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
Stay current with the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and application techniques to offer innovative looks
Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly disinfecting tools and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements
Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
Manage retail sales of nail care products and other beauty accessories through effective communication skills and product knowledge
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health regulations and salon policies
Experience
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a beauty or spa environment
Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and sanitation practices
Experience with advanced services such as gel application, nail art, and eyelash extensions is highly desirable
Familiarity with retail sales principles including retail math and upselling strategies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and understand their needs
