Almond Nail Bar is opening it's doors in Steinbach and we are excited to be bringing a fresh, elevated nail experience to the community.
We’re looking for talented, passionate nail technicians to join our founding team and grow with us from the very beginning. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand-new salon and help shape the experience, standards, and reputation we’ll be known for from day one.
What You’ll Do
Perform manicures, pedicures, and artificial nail services
Provide a professional, friendly, and high-quality client experience
Recommend products and services as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation
Help with salon side work, including dusting, cleaning, sweeping, disinfecting, inventory, and restocking
Attend occasional team meetings and training sessions
Support a positive and professional team culture
What We’re Looking For
Nail care experience required
Esthetics or nail technician certification/license preferred
Apprentices or applicants working toward certification may be considered
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to communicate clearly and confidently with clients in English
A positive attitude; genuinely enjoys creating a great experience for clients
Committed to maintaining high standards in both service and presentation

Job Type: Full-time and part-time positions available
Schedule: Daytime, evening, and weekend availability preferred
Pay: Competitive hourly wage, plus tips and bonuses
