Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients will be essential in creating a loyal customer base.

Duties

Provide a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Ensure all tools and workstations are properly sanitized before and after each client.
Maintain an organized and clean workspace to promote a safe environment.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
Upsell additional services such as body waxing or retail products to enhance the client experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
Experience in retail sales and upselling is preferred.
Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
A valid state license or certification as required by local regulations.
