Duties
• Provide a range of beauty services including face and body waxing, nail care, nail extensions and gel application and nail art, and other aesthetic treatments.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness by sanitizing tools and workspaces before and after each client.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
• Engage in retail sales by promoting beauty products and services to clients, utilizing upselling techniques where appropriate.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with the best possible service.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong skills in body waxing, nail care, including nail extensions, gel nails, nail art and other beauty treatments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred, with an emphasis on upselling products and services.
• A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations.
• A passion for beauty and a desire to help clients look and feel their best.
• Relevant certifications or licenses as required by state regulations.
