Our Family
We are a warm and busy household located in Dulwich Hill. We both work full-time and are looking for someone to become an integral part of our children's lives. Our son is 6 years old and in Kindy - he's a budding scientist who loves building LEGOs and exploring the outdoors. Our daughter is 3.5 years old and attends preschool a few days a week; she's a sweet, creative little artist who loves singing and imaginative play.
Your Duties
Your main responsibilities will include: Full Care of Children: Supervising and engaging in age-appropriate activities, both at home and outdoors. School & Preschool Runs: Mondays & Tuesdays: Dropping off and picking up Mason from school. Wednesdays: Dropping off both children at school childcare in the morning (7:30 AM - +:30 AM) and picking them up in the afternoon (approx. 2:00 PM - 5:30 PM). Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the children. Light Tidying: Keeping children's play areas tidy and cleaning up after their meals and activities. Engaging Activities: Planning and leading fun, educational, and creative activities, including reading, crafts, and outdoor play. Bathing & Bedtime Prep: Assisting with children's bathing and getting them ready for bed on full days, as needed. Communication: Maintaining open and clear communication with us regarding the children's day, needs, and any important updates. We are looking for someone proactive and warm who genuinely enjoys being with children and can create a fun, safe, and stimulating environment.
