Job Description
A lovely family that has returned to the UK after being overseas is looking for a Part-time Nanny-Housekeeper to provide proper care for their school-aged child whilst maintaining the cleanliness of their home. The role will mainly focus on housekeeping whilst the child is in school. Someone with experience in a school or nursery would be preferred. Cooking for the family would be a bonus. The family has a dog but no care is required.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 12 pm - 6:30 pm, around 32.5 hours per week
Duties include:
load and unload the dishwasher
change the bed sheets
organise and maintain their wardrobes
hoover and mop the floors
clean the bathroom sinks and mirrors
fold away ironed clothes
arranging day trips
playing both fun and educational games
preparing meals and snacks
helping the child with homework
reading stories together
taking them to the local park for a runaround
doing arts and crafts together
They are looking for someone to hire by mid or end of January 2026.
