Nanny Needed Calm Caring for 9-Month-Old
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 12 months
Pay: $40 per hour + super
Days and Hours:
Monday: 7:30 am 5:30 pm
Tuesday: 7:30 am 5:30 pm
Friday: 7:00 am 3:00 pm
A loving, positive family in Hamilton, QLD is seeking a kind, calm, and experienced nanny to care for their sweet baby girl, who will be * months old at the start of the position.
This role suits someone who is affectionate, confident with infants, and enjoys engaging little ones with warmth and gentleness.
Ideal Nanny:
Experience with infants under 1 year essential
Calm, affectionate, and confident in daily care routines
Comfortable catching the ferry with baby (fares paid)
Pet-friendly
Typical Day and Responsibilities:
Caring for baby throughout the day (feeding, naps, play, settling)
Outings (e.g., baby music class on Mondays at 11am, occasional ferry rides all fares covered)
Light baby laundry when possible
Occasional short walks for the family s small dog (optional)
Expectations:
3+ years of experience as a nanny or working in child care
Childcare qualifications preferred
Have a current first aid certificate - Infant specific first aid /CPR preferred
Have a current Working With Children s Check
Display strong communication skills and speaks English
Non smoking
Full drivers license and own car (For emergencies only, not for daily use)
