Full job description

We’re a busy, fun-loving family in Concord looking for a warm, highly organised Nanny/PA/Digital Marketing Assistant to support our home and growing small business. This unique role is split into two parts: 3 days/week caring for our twin 3-year-old boys and school pick-up for their 5-year-old sister, and 1 day/week helping with admin, digital content, and business support for an online retail start-up.

The Details

Location: Concord, NSW

Hours: 6–8 hrs/day, 4 days/week (days negotiable)

Rate: $35–40/hr (based on experience), ABN contractor

Start Date: Approx. 4 weeks (negotiable)

Requirements: Fluent English, HLTAID012 First Aid, WWC, Police Check, Driver’s License, ABN,

Bonus Skills: Childcare diploma, second language (preferably Mandarin or Italian), musical background, graphic design skills

About Us

We’re a family of 5 who love good food, getting out and about, and making the most of life. Our kids are curious, playful, and energetic (especially the 3-year-olds!), so you’ll need to be patient, confident, and a great negotiator. With no extended family nearby and two businesses in the works, we’re looking for someone who’ll become an essential part of our day-to-day routine—bringing calm, creativity, and reliability.

Live Out Nanny (3 Days/Week)

Plan fun, structured days for our twins including outdoor play, learning, crafts, and music

Support early learning in a second language (Mandarin or Italian ideal)

Include music or instrument play (singing, rhythm etc.)

Prep simple, healthy lunch and dinner for the kids

School pick-up at 3:10pm for our daughter

Assist with toilet training, nappy changes, and encouraging independence

Light tidying of play and meal areas - with kids encouraged to help

PA / Digital Marketing (1 Day/Week)

Light admin: emails, calendar, receipts, and supplier follow-ups

Content support: help draft, plan, and post to social media (Instagram, TikTok etc.)

Basic Canva graphics and Shopify website updates

Assist with planning brand launch and marketing prep

Product photography

Research and outreach to small stockists and suppliers

What We’re Looking For

Highly organised and proactive

Easy-going and efficient, able to adapt and get things done

Warm, happy, and confident with kids

Some experience in childcare and/or early learning/working with children

Comfortable balancing both childcare and focused work

Admin, content, or marketing experience

Tech confident – Google Suite, Canva, Shopify, Instagram/TikTok

Enjoys working in a family-friendly, creative environment
