About the role
As National Account Manager - Food Service, B2B & QSR, you will support the National Business Manager in driving sustainable growth across these key channels. This role is instrumental in planning and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening partnerships with existing customers.
Your primary focus will be expanding our Food Service, B2B and QSR footprint while delivering tailored solutions that maximise customer satisfaction, sales growth and long-term value. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building capability, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of customer needs across diverse channels.
Reporting to the National Business Manager (Food Service, B2B & QSR), a senior member of the Commercial team, you will receive ongoing support while playing a critical role in our next phase of growth. With significant expansion planned over the next three to five years, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Key responsibilities
Grow product distribution in line with the company's sales strategy
Develop and execute annual business plans for key accounts, with clear KPIs
Identify and secure new business opportunities across Food Service, B2B & QSR
Conduct market and customer research to identify trends and growth opportunities
Strengthen existing customer relationships to drive incremental growth
Forecast demand planning signals for key accounts
Deliver sales and profit targets while managing trade spend within agreed budgets
About you
Proven experience in account management, sales or business development
Background in Food Service, B2B or QSR environments
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Highly motivated, results-driven and KPI focused
Well organised with strong planning and process discipline
Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving market
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving capability
