As a key member of our National Branch Network team, this Associate Roving Personal Banker (SAFE) role offers a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with customers and drive business growth. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support across various branch locations, working closely with customers to understand their needs and offering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and product proposals
• Collaborate with internal partners to provide comprehensive solutions
• Stay up-to-date on bank products and services to effectively address customer needs
• Travel up to 100% within the district to provide support to branches in need
Requirements:
• 6+ months of customer-facing experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience handling complex transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
