Job Description
Drive growth, lead with impact, and shape the future of our broker channel. As Broker Operations Manager, you’ll be the strategic force behind high-performing relationships with Aggregators, Brokers, Customers, and Internal Partners—ensuring operational excellence and delivering on key performance targets.
In the role you will:
Champion the Third Party Strategy, leading a dynamic team to deliver quality, growth, and service KPIs.
Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers, aggregators, and partners—acting as a trusted deputy to the Head of Third Party.
Own and optimise broker operations, from commission payments to communication strategies.
Resolve escalations with empathy and efficiency, always putting the Member First.
Drive innovation in systems and processes to boost productivity and service delivery.
Develop talent and empower your team to achieve career goals aligned with Beyond Bank’s long-term vision
Qualifications
You will be the driving force behind our broker channel—leading with vision, building powerful partnerships, and delivering results that matter. You’ll thrive on solving complex challenges, inspiring your team, and turning strategy into action. If you're passionate about growth, service excellence, and making a real impact, this is your stage.
A strong background in mortgage lending, from application through to settlement
Deep knowledge of complex lending structures including self-employed, companies, and trusts
Proven success in originating business and retaining a loyal customer base
Experience leading large teams and driving performance
A solid grasp of financial services legislation and banking regulations
The ability to build and maintain high-value relationships across brokers, aggregators, and internal stakeholders
A sharp strategic mindset paired with hands-on operational know-how.

The Broker team consists of professionals dedicated to cultivating and managing relationships with mortgage brokers. They provide support, training, and resources to brokers to effectively promote the bank's mortgage products. Their efforts are aimed at driving loan origination, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the bank's competitiveness in the mortgage market.
