Head Student Awareness
This will be a National role having revenue responsibility
Purpose of the Job (Why does this job exist? Or what's wont happen if this role is not present):
Ensure target admissions to Cos programs and improved brand as well as program awareness.
Key Expectations: Desired Outcomes:
• Develop a comprehensive Marketing Plan (reach & communication) across products in collaboration with product teams & regions. Currently, the Organization is highly relied upon Digital Marketing for lead generations by Website optimization, SEM, SEO & Content marketing campaigns, Social Media Marketing, Online, Classified leads, and online events. Improved market share and target achievement.
• Help establish the overall brand identity and positioning for co. Co. to be known as preferred test prep Organization in the segment.
• Build a strong association with high-potential Institutes through personal interactions and multiple engagement activities and workshops. Strong relationship with external partners to generate leads.
• Implement lead nurturing process through Online and Offline Activities to inform and engage better with the students. Good lead conversion.
• Strategic involvement in the hiring of Academic Counselors and their Periodic training to improve their pitch, knowledge & communication. Build effective internal training programs for the team.
• Track Industry performance and other key matrixes to capture market trends and insights at the national and individual city level. Data analytics.
