Roles and Responsibilities
Detailed job profile-
Selling of properties/ Auction of properties possessed by the org
Defaulters’ properties will be disposed by the org as non-payment of EMI of Loan lent to the customer
Sale of repossessed stock under SARFAESI
Impalement of vendor/brokers
Identification of Market
Sale of Stock at minimum loss & as per target given.
Maintaining all forms of MIS and presentation for management control.
Good knowledge of MS -Office – Excel especially
Good communication & interaction skills to persuade peers.
Knows pulse of the market, base location knowledge is a must, Mumbai/ Ahmedabad. Location will not be restricted to only the branch, it will be almost the entire state and nearby locations
Auction properties from Bank/NBFC
Properties listing should be done on Hero Portal – So he should have done this in the past where he has created listings on the portal for selling the property
Meeting with the clients on selling’s and acquiring clients
Non-performing assets
Vendor connections should be good and real estate connections
