Job Summary:
Wings brand activation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Head of Marketing to lead our marketing and sales efforts based in Bengaluru.
The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background in the activations field and have knowledge of clients in different cities in India.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and increase sales
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in different cities in India
• Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns
• Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
• Develop and maintain budgets, metrics and ROI analysis for marketing campaigns
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Manage and oversee the company's social media and digital marketing efforts
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as necessary
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in marketing and sales in the activations field
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices
• Ability to travel frequently to different cities in India
• Strong network of contacts in the activations industry
