About the Role
As the National Partnership Senior Advisor, you will support the Broker Partnerships business with:
Liaison with First and Second Lines of Defence, Internal Audit, Control Testing Teams and other Stakeholders.
Active participation in the implementation of initiatives and projects occasioned by regulatory, operational and business change
Standard Operating Procedures, Process Risk Assessments and other Risk & Compliance artefacts.
Reviewing and updating the standard operation procedures in line with Policies, Frameworks and Standards for Accreditation, Commission and Broker Governance team.
The role acts as a key subject matter expert on all aspects of Risk and Governance data for Broker Partnerships, including risk incident, Broker Key Risks Indicators (KRI) analysis and reporting.
Maintain and develop Risk Profiles for Broker Partnerships by facilitating in risk incident management and implementing recommended actions from internal oversight team.
Role Location: any state in Australia
Role Type: Permanent, Fulltime
What will your day look like?
As a National Partnership Senior Advisor, you will:
Improve risk maturity within Broker Partnerships using and embedding Risk Frameworks/Risk Profiles
Provide Risk & Compliance oversight across Broker Partnerships
Incident Management oversight & trend analysis
Stakeholder Engagement
Preparation of appropriate Risk & Compliance related reporting and papers
Record management, Reporting and Remediation

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong experience in banking or financial services with a strong focus on home lending, risk management, governance and/or reporting
Superior stakeholder skills, and written communication skills are essential
Advanced understanding of home lending processes and broker industry is preferred
Knowledge of Broker industry, Home Lending processes, Risk Frameworks and Regulatory Standards, market and external environment
You're not expected to have 100% of these skills. We value a growth mindset, so if you have most of these things in your toolbox, we'd love to hear from you.
