Job Purpose
Onsite resource for Major BFSI client and need to deployed at customer’s base location in Navi Mumbai GITC.
Managing deployment of new FL opportunities with help of VI TES Team and managing Service assurance for deployed FL Services with governance of Regional off role Resident Engineers deployed.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Responsible as a single point of contact for any escalations across the Nation.
Ensure committed delivery on the project rollout front.
Ensure committed delivery on the network uptime front.
Ensure that the project timelines are met in a smooth fashion.
Ensure compliance of the Contract and SLAs through supervising the performance of other personnel of the service provider involved in service deliveries etc.
Single point of contact for any information sought by the Bank client.
Managing/Supervising timely resolution of escalations/tickets via Circle level Technical Engineers and service provider’s NOC.
He is required to attend GITC on all working days of the Bank and on other days during exigencies.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
10 years experience in deploying and managing networks.
Experience in project management and customer lifecycle support
Uptime and SLA assessment for deployed FL services
Problem management skill
Virtual team management – managing Resident Engineers
Team player with multitasking
Having regular review interlock with customer
Arranging periodic MSR and QBR with Vi Services Assurance and Business team.
Must have technical / professional qualifications
Should be a graduate/ postgraduate with PMP or equivalent/higher certifications
CCNA/CCNP
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in deploying and managing networks.
Good knowledge of Fixed line and other communication technologies.
