Roles and Responsibilities
STRATEGIC/MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develops and implements a recovery strategy in line with the company objectives.
• Supports the development of the workforce plan for the recovery function for creating a high-performing team.
• Manages and controls the operating framework for the recovery function, provides guidance and support, ensures implementation and review of work processes in order to achieve high-performance standards and continuous improvement
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maximize recovery reversal from assigned NPA written off portfolio through closures, settlement, and disposal of collateral.
