MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
To handle a pan India alliance for Bancassurance channel.
JOB SUMMARY
To manage the assigned Bancassurance partner relationship to achieve business objectives by aligning various functional teams internally at BAXA and externally across the bank so that we emerge No. 1 player in an Open Architecture scenario.
Principal Accountabilities
Drive the implementation of the channel strategy and delivery of business targets for the Banca relationship and ensure maximum market share and deeper brand penetration.
• Design & ensure execution of sales strategies through the bank and BAXA staff and deliver planned business targets for the relationship.
• Ensure achievement of business targets and maximization of business potential from multiple business verticals of the bank by liaising with the concerned sales teams and ensuring they are aligned to the defined business plans.
• Plan and drive lead generation activities for Life Insurance business by organizing activities like Customer Events, Roadshows, and Lead Generation activities at Corporates etc.
• Ensure quality recruitment of manpower to enable HNI customer requirement which shall result in high quality sales as per the requirement.
• Conduct regular meetings with Channel Partner on Business Planning
• Analyse the objective and create a strategy for the Relationship
