Job Description
Responsible for overall P&L and success of the Retail (Offline) vertical of Petcare Business:
1. Responsible for overall Business Plan and Expansion of Retail Business.
2. Store Expansion - COCO, FOFO, as applicable in alignment with the Business Plan to achieve defined ROI/IRR.
3. Budgeting and overseeing P&L for ensuring achievement of Cost, Expense and Profitability KPIs.
4. Define SOPs and drive implementation.
5. People & Team Development, Engagement, and overall Employee Satisfaction at Retail Business Level in alignment with HR Team.
6. Pricing, Promotions, Marketing to drive Growth for Retail Stores/Clusters (Existing and New Stores) and applicable verticals, i.e. Retail Products, Services, Pet Grooming, Events, etc. in co-ordination with specific Function Leads.
• 8 to 12 Years experience in Retail or Hospitality
• MBA in Sales Marketing/Retail/General Management from a Tier 1 Institute (Preferred)
• Bachelor's in Hotels & Hospitality/Commerce or BBA.
• Should be a Pet Lover (preferably a Pet Parent) and comfortable with Pets.
• Effective & Impactful Communication (Written & Verbal).
• Time Management, Delegation and Decision Making.
• Negotiation Skills.
• Leadership Ability to Mentor, Motivate and Coach to Inspire Results.
• Team player - experience in working coordination with multiple functions.
Base Location: Ahmedabad
Would require travelling Pan India
