Job Purpose The "hunters" for large relationships (employee base > 2500, MNCs etc.) and will work with local teams for execution. Key Accountabilities: • Managing the national relationships of Large corporate salary accounts • Coordination with key DMUs of various large corporates at National and Regional level Job Duties & responsibilities: • Work closely with IBG team, GTS team, Tech team, GPS team to get inroads into all target corporate • Get inroads into select large corporate that are part of our target list from CEP business prospective • Manage the relationship very strongly with central SPOCs of all large and Mid-size corporates • Stay well connected with local Spocs of all corporates and get inroads into inductions and migration camps from all the locations where we need to source business from • Get inroads into corporate that is located within Experience centre periphery • Work closely with CPM team Sales Lead and RMs to extract maximum numbers from the corporate
