National Sales Account Manager – B2B & E-Commerce Sales
Location: Remote (Must reside in Seattle/Tacoma, WA) | 20% Travel Required
Base Salary: $160K-$170K + 30% Bonus Potential

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Expansion: Develop strategies to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.
Account Management: Strengthen relationships with major retailers & e-commerce partners.
Omni-channel Strategy: Optimize online sales, merchandising, and digital advertising efforts.
Market Intelligence: Monitor trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, product teams, and independent sales reps to develop winning proposals.
What We're Looking For
10+ years in sales, with 7+ years in consumer products (CPG) sales across mass retail, home improvement, warehouse clubs, and e-commerce.
Proven success managing national retail & digital accounts.
Strong e-commerce expertise, including online merchandising, analytics, and digital advertising.
Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to sales growth.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.
