Location : Juhu (Mumbai) Position : National Sales Head Work Experience: 20 -30 years of relevant experience Iron and Steel industry and working with Home and Kitchen Appliance Sales experience is must Job Description: • The job profile is to handle, develop and review key account executives and will be responsible for customers’ orders and its execution providing plant line loads and ensuring proper product mix in line with plants and machines capacities. • He will be highly focused and customer centric and expect to streamline plant operations to the customers expectation including coordinating with NSH and plant team for effective ways in organizing raw material and also the address of customers complaints in time bound manner. • Will generate leads, trend and customers, maintaining and improving SOBs, interacting with customers with KAMs on daily basis working out schedule and urgency and achieving the same. • Will plan KAMs functions and developing their review systems and reporting. Qualifications & profile • The candidate has to be from the Steel Industry having exposure working in OEM segment • Must be skilled on working in SAP/ ERP environment.
