Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Head. The National Sales Head will be responsible for managing a team, developing and executing business plans, managing channel sales, and driving sales and marketing activities for the organization. The National Sales Head will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and fostering strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
Qualifications
• Business Planning and Team Management
• Channel Sales and Sales experience
• Sales & Marketing
• Ability to analyze data and market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. A postgraduate degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in the Furniture or Interior Design industry is A MUST
