JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Profile
• Achieve the targets set by company on yearly basis by energetic and motivated team & dealer network
• Explore new opportunities in market
• Bench mark the products as per customer demands and standards and range
• Maintain cordial relations with dealers & C&F agents
• Understand the market needs and conduct surveys time to time to understand the customer behavior when required
• Resolve the customer complaints asap with the help of R&D & quality team
• Meet the supply targets by coordinating with the productions heads
• Run the marketing & branding campaign aligned to business strategy of BWPL
• Built a strong Dealer distributor network throughout India and cater the Maximum share of available market
• Training of Sales team & dealers
• Handle all C&F agents, Distributors, RSM, ASM & other Marketing staff
• Appoint new C& F and distributor for current and new developing Areas
• Appoint new Marketing staff recruitment for current and new developing Areas
• Take state wise reporting of all ASM & RSM and some marketing staff.
• Solve the problems of Distributor, C&F & modern trade
• Compare the competitors Price all products-range with us and discus above with GM, PM and all BODs then after change in our products-ranges MRP, Grams and Wholesale Rate.
• Take Sales Software update report from IT team and implements to the Distributor and C&F.
• All Distributor and C&F Infra stretchers status as par standard and check twice in a year
• Check the All C&F wise Distributors products-range wise monthly sale and advise them suitably
• Check the All State wise Monthly sales Products-range wise as par SAP and report to BOD
• Handle state and regional wise Distributors meeting.
• Handle Modern trade and Follow up
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
• Press – Media Related work (interview/advertisements)
• Promotional activities
