Job Description
On a daily basis you will be:
Leading and managing the Concrete Business Team to achieve sales targets
Developing and implementing promotional strategies for Sika’s concrete solutions
Working closely with concrete and mining industry stakeholders to identify opportunities and tailor solutions for their unique requirements.
Providing clear direction, coaching, and performance reviews for your team
Working closely with other business sales teams to share insights and drive innovation
Monitoring budgets, stock levels, and credit control in partnership with internal teams
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
