Job Location: HAVELLS Head Office-Noida

KRAs:

• Oversee sales activities for REO at a national level, coordinating sales strategies and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives

• Design sales strategy by developing and implementing the sales and distribution strategy for Havells-REO products PAN India

• Lead, mentor the sales team and achieve targets by exploring new business opportunities

• Design and Execute a comprehensive Go-to-Market strategy, including market entry plans, channel strategies and promotional activities to effectively launch products in the market

• Stay updated on market insights, trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the premium segment

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify product innovation opportunities and differentiate the product range

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMEG sector, including expanding the distribution network through business development

• Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to establish competitive pricing strategies.

• Work with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure cross-functional collaboration, seamless product availability and effective marketing campaigns

• Monitor sales performance and generate actionable insights using CRM software and sales analytics tools

Job Specification:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is desirable

• Experience: Minimum 15+ years experience in FMEG/FMCD

Good to have skills:

• Proven track record in sales and business development within the FMCG/FMEG industry

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving targets

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling the development of rapport with key stakeholders

• Analytical mindset with he capability to gather and interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
